Shipping & Delivery 📦

We make sure your Boutons reach you safely and on time.

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

  • Delivery typically takes 7–10 working days post-dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹500.

  • Orders below ₹500 attract a ₹50 shipping charge.

Please Note

  • During festivals, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen political situations, deliveries may experience delays. Rest assured, we strive to deliver your order at the earliest possible time.

  • If the Proof of Delivery (POD) provided by the courier reflects the customer’s name, we cannot accept claims of non-receipt.

  • Delivery dates are tentative, as shipments are handled by third-party courier partners.

  • While we aim to deliver close to the selected date, orders may arrive earlier or later than expected.

  • Deliveries may not be possible on Sundays and National Holidays.


Returns & Exchanges 🚫

Due to hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted on Boutons.


Damaged Products 📦

Every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged, we’re happy to assist.

To raise a concern, please email service@theboutoncloset.com within 2 days of delivery, along with:

  • Product name & order ID

  • Clear photos of the damage

  • A brief description of the issue

Requests beyond 2 days may be considered at our discretion.


Returns & Refunds Not Accepted 🚫

Returns or refunds will not be processed in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address

  • Two failed delivery attempts

  • Package refused by the recipient

  • Damaged product reported after the return window

  • Minor variations in design or colour (part of the product’s uniqueness)
