Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

Delivery typically takes 7–10 working days post-dispatch, depending on your location.

Free shipping on all orders above ₹500.

Orders below ₹500 attract a ₹50 shipping charge.

During festivals, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen political situations, deliveries may experience delays. Rest assured, we strive to deliver your order at the earliest possible time.

If the Proof of Delivery (POD) provided by the courier reflects the customer’s name, we cannot accept claims of non-receipt.

Delivery dates are tentative, as shipments are handled by third-party courier partners.

While we aim to deliver close to the selected date, orders may arrive earlier or later than expected.

Deliveries may not be possible on Sundays and National Holidays.
Returns & Exchanges 🚫
Due to hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted on Boutons.
Damaged Products 📦
Every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged, we’re happy to assist.
To raise a concern, please email service@theboutoncloset.com within 2 days of delivery, along with:

A brief description of the issue
Requests beyond 2 days may be considered at our discretion.
Returns & Refunds Not Accepted 🚫
Returns or refunds will not be processed in the following cases:

Incorrect or outdated delivery address

Two failed delivery attempts

Package refused by the recipient
